The Sweden-based company first announced the purchase in November last year (2020), stating the acquisition will help increase possibilities in Germany and neighbouring countries.
Founded in 1978, Ehrler and Beck offers vacuum pumps, compressor, combined pumps, spare parts, related services and more from leading manufacturers, and has 15 employees.
In a statement, Atlas Copco said the acquired business will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
